Radon Testing can be performed independently or at a reduced price when performed with a Home Inspection. ​I offer 48 hour and 72 hour tests (48 hour being the minimum for a real estate transaction).​
SEWER SCOPES
A Sewer Scope is a visual inspection of the waste lateral between the House and the City Tap, all of which is the responsibility of the home owner for repairs. ​​
Sewer Scopes can be performed independently or at a reduced price when performed with a Home Inspection. I offer Sewer Scope inspections with a video provided.
WATER SAMPLE COLLECTION
Collection, Transfer and Submission
Offering collection, transfer and submission of water sample for testing at BSK Associates Laboratories. The standard sample for a Real Estate transaction is tested for Arsenic, Bacteria and Nitrates.
The Lab provides a 10-day “Standard” result or a 5-day “Rush” result, not counting weekends or holidays. ​​
Water Sample Collection can be performed independently or at a reduced price when performed with a Home Inspection.​​
